Hong Kong police have launched an investigation after explicit footage and images of several teenagers having sex or posing half-naked, including some in school uniform, were distributed online. Several video clips showing teenage boys and girls having sexual intercourse or performing other sex acts have circulated online since Wednesday. There were also at least dozens of photos of a different girl wearing a secondary school uniform flashing her body parts. Some of those in the footage, which appeared to have been filmed in at least one flat, were also wearing school uniforms. A man who encouraged young girls to send him naked pictures has been described by a judge as "every parent's nightmare". Josh Boynton-Eckles, 24, from Hull, used social media apps to target more than 80 girls all over the world and sent them naked pictures of himself. Police, who described him as "predatory sex offender", found 85 indecent images of girls on his mobile phone. Hull Crown Court was told the offences took place in July and August when Boynton-Eckles made contact with a number of teenage girls and engaged them in inappropriate sexual chats. A teenage boy in North Carolina has been prosecuted for having nude pictures of himself on his own mobile phone. The young man, who is now 17 but was 16 at the time the photos were discovered, had to strike a plea deal to avoid potentially going to jail and being registered as a sex offender. Experts condemned the case as ludicrous. The boy was, however, punished by the courts, and had to agree to be subject to warrantless searches by law enforcement for a year, in addition to other penalties.
